Dry roast aval till crunchy, set this aside. Add cocunut and fry till you brgin to smell good. cool these completely.
Tranfer this to a blender along cardamoms. Makes a fine powder, add jaggery and blend well again. Transfer this to the plate.
Heat a pan with ghee, add cashews, fry till they turn golden, switch off the stove.
Pour this to the aval mixture. Knead everything well make balls.
Store aval unda in air tight jar
